1. processing times

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of order. Please note that processing times may vary with high order volumes.

2 Delivery time and delivery costs

Shipping usually takes 3-10 days and depends on the location of the order. For orders over 50€ shipping is free of charge.

3. shipment tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
